Oat Soup





Ingredients:


1. Oat 1/2 cup

2. Chicken breast (boneless) 1/2 cup

3. Chicken stock cube / Chicken flavored Bouillon 1 tablet




4. Green Chili 1

5. Garlic cloves 2

6. Thai grass 

7. Water 5 cups

8. Tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp

9.  Sweet thai chili sauce 1/2 tsp

10. Soy sauce 1/2 tsp

11. Spring onion 1/4th cup

12. One Lemon to collect lemon Zest

13. Salt to taste (1/4 tsp)

14. Black pepper (1/4 tsp)

15. Egg 1


Procedure: 


1. Wash and cut chicken breast approximately 1/2 cup. Take boneless portion. So it will boil quickly.

2. Wash and cut spring onion , chili, garlic cloves.

3. In a pan medium heat add sliced chicken breast, garlic, chili, chicken flavored Bouillon 1 tablet, water, Thai grass , soy sauce, salt and black pepper.

4. Wait 10 min to boil the chicken.

5. After 10 min add tomato ketchup, oat. Stir it.

6. Beat the egg using spoon with chili sauce and add it slowly in the soup with quick stirring. 

7. 5 min waiting time and switch off the stove. Add some spring onion in the hot soup when it is still in the stove.


8. After serving again garnish with rest of the spring onion and add the final ingredients, that is lemon zest. Take the lemon zest with a peeler (see the video link)

9. Enjoy a healthy, delicious soup.
