Ingredients


1. Pompano Fish 1 lb
2. Salt 1 tsp
3. Black Pepper 1 tsp
4. Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
5. Paprika Powder 1 tsp
6. Dried Parsley 1 tsp
7. Water 1 cup
8. Olive oil 1/4th cup
9. 1 Jalapeno
10. 1 Lime
11. Spring Onion 1/4th cup
12 Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 cup


Procedure

1. Cut the Pompano fish into pieces. Washed them and dried them with a kitchen towel. Mixed salt and black pepper and directly fried them 5 minutes over medium heat with olive oil. In the middle just change the sides of all.

2. In a small bowl mix garlic paste, paprika, dried parsley with water, and add this to the fish in a frying pan. Cook 5 min. 

3. After 5 min, add heavy whipping cream and add sliced jalapeno. Now cover with a lid and cook more 5 to 7 min until boiling occurs. In the middle just change the sides of the pieces or skip this part.

4. Switch off the stove. Total cooking time 15 to 20 min. Add 1 tsp lime juice. Transfer the pieces of fish in a serving tray and garnish them with spring onion and sliced lime.

5. Enjoy with Rice (Better use thin rice that is cooked with oil, salt, green peas, dried oregano)
