Dalgona / whipped strawberry

Ingredients 

For (2 glasses)

1. Nesquik Strawberry 4-6 tbs

2. Heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup

3. Whole Milk ( any amount) cold or hot 

4. Ice for serving

4. Electric Hand Mixer

Procedure

1. Take a bowl that is extra deep, durable, easy to hold & nonslip to prevent splattering.

2. In this bowl take whipping cream and Strawberry Nesquik powder.

3. First with a spoon, mix them and using an electric hand mixer at the lowest speed, vigorously whisk until mixture turns silky smooth, then continue whisking until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape. (If whisking by hand, it will take 8 to 12 minutes to get optional fluffiness but with a electric hand mixer just 2 min whisking, thickness will occur.

4. Fill a glass with milk of 2/3 cup hot or cold or with ice, then on top dollop and swirl the whipped cream & Nesquik mix. 

5. Even it is easy to refrigerate.
