Ingredients

1. Broccoli and cauliflower florets 6-7 

2. 3 Cups of water

3. Salt 1/4 tsp

4. Olive oil 1 tbs

5. Minced garlic 1/2 tsp

6. Sesame seed 1/2 tsp





For Batter Preparation

1. All purpose flour 1/3 cup

2. Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp

3. Paprika Powder  1/4 tsp

4. Baking Powder 1/4 tsp

5. 1/4 th Cup of Water


For Gravy Preparation

1. Corn Starch 1 tbs

2. Water 1/4 th cup

3. Soy sauce 1 tbs

4. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tbs

5. Sweet chili Sauce 1 tbs

6. Sugar 1/2 tsp

7. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp






Recipes

1. Cut and collect some florets of cauliflower and Broccoli. In a highly heated boiling water add 1/4 tsp salt and boil the florets just 3 to 4 min . It should not be fully cooked. After that strain the water and make them dry.

2. Prepare Batter. Mix all the ingredients Flour, Garlic powder, Chili powder, Baking Powder and Water. Follow the measurements written above. It should be a thick batter. Mix the Broccoli and Cauliflower florets with the batter properly.

3. In a pan over medium heat add olive oil and fry the batter mix florets just for 3 to 4 minutes. In the middle change the sides of each. 

4. Prepare gravy during frying the florets. Mix all the ingredients - Corn Starch, Water, Soy sauce , Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, Sweet chili sauce, Sugar and Lemon juice. Mix them properly, so there should be no lump. Follow the measurements written above. 

5. After getting properly fried light brown color florets, take them out from the pan. In the same oil add minced garlic, just soften it and then followed by adding gravy. 



 

 

6. Gravy will get thicken very quickly. So as soon as the stickiness arises, add the fried florets. Mix them all over properly with hot gravy. Switch off the stove and rest them on the hot stove for 2 minutes.

7. Total Cooking time 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy with Rice.
