Beef Fried Rice




Ingredients:


1. Ground Beef 1lb
2. Eggs 2
3. Spring Onion 
4. Bok choy
5. Garlic cloves 3
6. Green Chili
7. Carrot
8. Olive Oil 1/4 th cup for main cooking and 2 tsp for frying egg separately
9. Ginger paste 1 tbs
10. Garlic paste 1/2 tbs
11. Fish sauce 1 tbs
12.Sweet chili sauce 1 tbs
13. Salt to taste (less 1/2 tbs)
14. Lemon juice (half of a lemon)
15. Red chili powder 1/2 tbs 
16. Rice 2 and a half cup
17. Water 3 cup for rice cooking




Procedure:

1. In a bowl take the washed ground beef. Add ginger /garlic paste, fish sauce, sweet chili sauce, salt, and lemon juice. Mix properly.

2. In a frypan with medium heat fry the eggs with little olive oil. Fry both sides properly. After frying cut into pieces and set aside.

3. Cook the rice with water in a rice cooker. It should be cooked properly.

4. Now the main cooking. In a pan, put oil and turn medium heat. After oil getting hot put sliced garlic cloves/onions, and chili flakes. Don't burn it just soften it with a little stirring. 

5. After a couple of minutes add prepared ground beef. Little stirring. After a few minutes add the shredded carrot. Wait until the beef cooks properly. 20 min from the beginning.

6. After 15 minutes add the cut and pieces of 2 Bok choy. It does not need to cook more, This green leafy vegetable cook so quickly, so its better to add at the end but before adding boiled rice. Add some spring onion flakes. Now mix them all. The rest of the spring onions will be added later for garnishing.

7. Now its time to add cooked rice with ground beef. Mix thoroughly using medium-low heat.




8. No salt needs to add as salt already added with the ground beef before. But it depends on taste.

9. 5 min stirring and it's done. 

10. Decorate the beef fried rice with the sliced fried egg and the rest of the spring onions.
