Spinach
(Easy, Quick and Healthy)
Kids/Toddlers Meal
Ingredients:
1. Spinach 1 lb
2. 2 Garlic cloves minced
3. 1 Dried Red chili
4. Olive oil 3 tbs
5. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
6. Salt 1/2 tsp
Procedure:
1. Wash the Spinach very well, no need to strain.
2. In a big cooking pan, add 3 tbs Olive oil, Maintain medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and chopped dried red chili (Dried chili add flavors, not spicy, remove it during serving for toddlers).
4. 1 min frying time. Do not over fry the garlic and chili.
5. Add Spinach from water. So, later no need to add any more water.
6. Add turmeric powder 1 tsp (Turmeric powder is very good for digestion, product link given at the bottom) and salt 1/2 tsp. Just a little stirring is needed.
7. Cover with a lid, wait for 15 minutes. But if it is too dry, add 1/2 cup water for not to burn.
8. After 15 minutes, it is done. Ready to serve as a side dish for kids Meal.
