Recipes for Peach Salsa


Ingredients:

      Fresh Fruits:
                       Peach (Two big size)
                       Mango (Half)
                       Pineapple (1/3, One third)
   
       Vegetables:
                 Tomato (One)    
                 Avocado (Half)
                 Red Onion (1/4, One fourth)
                 Chili (Two)
                 Lemon (Two pieces)

        Herb: 

                  Basil leaves (1/4 ,One fourth cup)

       Other: 
                  Salt (less than 1/2 tsp)
                  Maple Syrup (1 tsp)

Procedure:

1. First rinse the peaches, dice them into small cubes. Take just a portion of ripe mango. Similar way cut them into pieces. Take one ripe, red tomato. Slice them like cubes. After that take avocado just half. 
Last one pineapple 1/3 portion . Definitely the soft portions and carefully takeoff the skin. 
Now mince the chilies. Chop the onion very little amount (1/4th of a large size red onion).  
Slice the lemon as well.
 So, the fruits and vegetables are ready.
2. Separate the mango, pineapple, tomato , avocado cubes in 4 different serving bowls. But take peaches in a big bowl. 
3. Mix all the ingredients ( basil leaves, onion slice, minced chili, salt , maple syrup ) with the peaches. Squeeze the lemon. Discard the seeds. 
4. Whisk together.
5. Divide the juicy peach cubes into four parts for four separated mango, pineapple, tomato, avocado bowl ready before.
6. Serve with Chips,Tortillas, Tacos, Spicy Doritos.
