Easy and Quick Fried chicken with Fried rice









Ingredients

Fried Chicken 


1. Chicken 1 lb ( 5 Drumsticks)
2. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
3. Fish sauce 1 tbs
4. Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 can
5. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
6. Salt to taste (1tsp)
7. Flour for coating ( All purpose flour) 1 cup.
8. Oil for frying
9. Sriracha Hot Chili sauce 

Fried Rice


1. Two and half cup rice
2. Vegetable # frozen green bean 1/2 cup
3. Onion sliced 1/2 cup
4. Green Chili 2
5. Fish Sauce 1 tbs
6.  Left over gravy for Fried Chicken Marination
7. Salt to taste
8. Olive oil 2 tbsp


Procedure:

Fried Chicken


1.  Take 5 Chicken drumsticks with skin, cut with a knife on upper portion just to insert raw gravy inside the meat. Washed properly and strain and dry with kitchen towel.
2.  Now add garlic paste, black pepper, salt , fish sauce and sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly.
3. Set frying pan on stove. Heat oil. 
4. While oil is heating now coat the chicken legs with flour. 
5. Now in medium heat fry the legs for 10-15 min .
6. Enjoy with Sriracha Hot Chili sauce or fried rice


Fried Rice


1. In a rice cooker set 2 and half cup rice with 3 cup water.
2. When rice is done, use a fork to separate the rice grain , don't break the rice grain. Spread it in a tray if you have time.
3. Now in a pan add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add onion, green bean, egg. Mix thoroughly. Fry for couple of mins.
4. Add the leftover gravy used for chicken marination. 

( In my video i did it later but it is safe to add raw gravy in oil with vegetables and egg, wait couple of minutes before adding rice , so there is no risk of raw chicken's smell in rice)

5. Add fish sauce and green chili. Cook for some moments.Use medium low heat.
6. Now add rice. Mix again. 
7. Finally salt to taste, Wait 5/8 min. 
8. And it is done.
9. Enjoy
